Welcome to the Vaporize Your Stress App
Preparation for using this App
This unique app is designed to allow you to guide yourself through a series of audio instructions for doing the Pure Awareness Techniques. The Pure Awareness Techniques are a new technology for powerfully and permanently resolving stress and emotional problems. Each technique has it’s own series of audio instructions. In order to have the audio instructions play smoothly without interruption the software is set to download the full sequence of audio clips when you click on the DOWNLOAD button.
The Audio Instructions Downloading Process
The process of downloading the audio instructions for each technique will take from a few seconds to a minute or two depending on the speed of your internet connection. However, you only have to do this once as the audio clips are then held in the cache of your computer, smart phone or tablet. It is highly recommended that you download all of the audio clips for the techniques listed at the beginning of the application for each topic. When all of the audio clips have been successfully downloaded to your computer and/or mobile device the techniques are “activated” and ready to play.
The downloaded files are shared by most of the applications so if you use the techniques elsewhere on the site, once they are activated here they will also be activated anywhere else that you use them.

This is different on a phone or tablet. Phones and tablets typically don’t allow the sharing of audio files between apps so if you get more than one Inner Guidance app for your mobile device you’ll have to download the audio instructions for each app that you get and keep on your phone or tablet.

Choose if you want the instructions in a female or male voice and then click on the links below to access the page for each technique. Then click the START button to activate it and download the audio clip sequence for that technique. Do that for each of the techniques you will be using and then you’ll be prepared to get started.

The Buttons
Once the downloading process is complete you can start to use the techniques. To use the techniques you have to first be able to feel the sensation of the energy of the emotion that needs to be resolved. The instructions on the web page for each application explains how to do that. Once you can feel the energy field of the emotion you start guiding yourself through the appropriate technique by clicking or tapping on the button labeled “START,” The button will then change to the word NEXT and you advance through the audio instructions by clicking on the NEXT button for each new instruction.

Each time you click the NEXT button you get the next audio instruction for that technique. This allows you to hear the next instruction in your own timing. You take whatever time you need to follow each instruction and have the resulting experience. Then when you are ready for it you click for the next instruction.
Vaporizing Your Stress
You are about to learn how to get rid of your stress. You are going to learn to do some things that are the exact opposite of what you have been doing your whole life. You’ve been suppressing your stressful feelings the best you could and you’ve also developed a habit of projecting possible negative outcomes onto the future. These patterns of conditioning keep you locked into being stressed and not knowing how to come out of it.
Useful and Not-useful Emotions
This typically means that you will have two different kinds of stressful energy patterns in and around your body. Here’s a diagram of the different categories of stress energy patterns.
Stress has both Content and Energy
The content is the part that most people and most approaches focus on. But it is the energy of the emotion that gives it life. When the energy is gone, the emotion is gone. The circumstances may still be there but the “charge” of your emotional reaction to the circumstances will be gone. It becomes neutral.
What you are going to learn how to do is to be able to get access to and resolve both of these kinds of stress energy patterns shown on the chart above. You’re going to learn how to allow yourself to feel the energy patterns of your old unresolved emotional pain that are at the real root of your stress. And once you learn how to locate the emotional energy and feel it, you’ll learn how to put your attention right into the center of the most intense part of the energy field of that old emotional pain and how to completely resolve it.
And you are going to learn how to extract yourself from the energy clouds of reactive emotional stresses as well. You’ll learn that you are projecting possible negative outcomes onto the future and then becoming afraid that your projections might actual happen. If you think about it you’ll notice that many times the things that you fear might happen, don’t end up happening after all. That means that you’ve just been buying into your own stories about possible negative outcomes and living in those stories only to find out later that you just made them up in your mind.
Reactive Emotions
You also create reactive emotional stress energy fields by creating expectations and then becoming attached to your expectations happening the way that you want them to happen. When life doesn’t show up the way you think it should, you get upset, angry, disappointed, frustrated, sad, etc.
The problem is that these are deeply conditioned “bad habits”. Just deciding that you won’t do these things any more isn’t going to work. The conditioning will keep you locked into doing them unless we do something to really break the conditioning pattern.
The reason you project negative outcomes onto the future is because negative things have indeed happened to you in the past. These negative events created some incomplete painful experiences and the energy of these old unresolved experiences create your stress.
You will be learning new techniques that efficiently dissolve both kinds of stressful energy fields. You will learn to use the IN Technique to resolve the incomplete experiences. And you will learn how to do the OUT Technique to extract yourself from the clouds of energy of your reactive emotional stressful energy fields.
When the stress is gone you can open your eyes and take a little break. Then whenever you are ready, if you have another stressful feeling that you want to get rid of, restart the app and guide yourself through the process again. You can resolve as many of your stressful energies as you feel comfortable to do in one sitting. That’s entirely up to you.
Because of your life-time of suppressing your emotions the traumatic emotional energy that is at the basis of your stress may be a bit hidden. After all, you swept it under the rug so that you wouldn’t have to feel it. That means we have to do something that helps you to now get access to it. There are two possible ways to make that happen.
Let’s Get Started
#1. If you think about something you are stressed about, you may be able to feel the underlying trauma that is the cause of the stressful feeling. It will feel like an area of constriction or tightness or pressure somewhere inside of you. Then again, you may not feel it but you might be feeling the energy cloud of the reactive part of the stress.
If the energy feels like it is localized inside of your body, if it feels like a tight knot or ball of energy, then that’s probably the IN Technique part of the stress. If you can feel something that seems localized, concentrated, then start the IN Technique app and guide yourself through the resolution of this old traumatic stress.
You can choose to hear the instructions in either a Female or Male voice. Make sure that other high bandwidth uses of your internet connection are NOT running, like someone watching a movie on line or playing an internet based game – make sure that you have good bandwidth so that you don’t interrupt the streaming audio of the instructions.

The LOCATE Technique
#2. If you don’t feel the localized, constricted energy, then you can use the LOCATE Technique to help you get access to the IN Technique energy that needs to be resolved. Start the LOCATE Technique that is in preparation for the IN Technique which will guide you in locating and becoming aware of the IN Technique energy. As soon as you feel the IN Technique energy field, shift to the IN Technique app and guide yourself through the resolution of the old traumatic pain.

The OUT Technique
Once you have resolved the IN Technique energy by either of the above methods, now we want to resolve the reactive emotional energy part of this stressful feeling.
You can start by thinking of something that makes you feel stressed. You may be able to feel a kind of cloud or aura of energy that radiates out from your body into the space around you. If so, start the OUT Technique app and resolve it by simply following the audio instructions in the app.

If when you think about something that normally makes you feel stressed and you can’t feel the energy cloud of the stressful feeling, then you can use the version of the LOCATE Technique that prepares you for the OUT Technique.

Either when you use the LOCATE Technique or if you access the cloud of reactive emotional energy by just thinking about something that normally makes you feel stressed, as soon as you get access to the OUT Technique energy field shift to the OUT Technique app and resolve it. Use the appropriate technique via the links just above.
To start the appropriate app, select if you want the instructions in a male or female voice and then click the appropriate link. You will immediately get a new screen with two large buttons on it. The one on the top says – START. The one below it says REPLAY.
When you click on the START button the button will change to the word NEXT and you will hear the first audio instruction that will tell you to close your eyes. This is because these techniques are easiest to do with your eyes closed. The buttons are big enough that you can just keep your thumb or the mouse cursor right over the button and keep clicking on it for the next instruction even with your eyes closed.
When you have finished resolving one of the energy patterns causing your stress… open your eyes.
Congratulations!
You just vaporized one of your stresses.
If you are having success with getting rid of your stress using the Vaporize Your Stress App then you can continue to use it until all of your stresses are really gone. In order to do that you may need to use the LOCATE Technique repeatedly until the body simply doesn’t show you any more traumatic or stressful energy patterns. When you reach that point you’ll really be starting to live a stress free life. And if you ever feel stressed in the future you’ll know exactly what to do and you can always use the app.
